CODE OF ETHICS |
All members of the virtual consultant's team agree to abide to this established Code of Ethics, that may be amended from time to time.
1. We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, using a professional approach at all times, and placing the best interest of the client above all others.
2. We will establish realistic expectations regarding each project and will share these expectations with the client.
3. We will treat all client information that is not public knowledge as confidential, and will prevent it from being accessed by unauthorized individuals. We will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information without client's permission.
4. We will avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such, and will disclose to a client any circumstances or interests that might influence judgment or objectivity.
5. We will only accept assignments in which we believe we possess expertise.
6. We will offer to withdraw from a consulting assignments when it is believed that our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.
7. We will agree in advance with the client on the objectives, scope, work plan and fee arrangement for the engagement.
8. We will charge fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate and commensurate with the services delivered.
9. We will disclose to clients any fees or commissions that we receive for any goods or services recommended to clients.
