Virtual Consulting Fees |
The following represents the two levels of virtual consulting that are available, a description of the service level provided and the amount of the virtual consulting fee. Additional and exact terms and conditions are provided in the Virtual Business Consultant Terms of Use.
US$1.00 per minute: This is our typical level of virtual consulting and represents all of the services that are delivered to our clients in a virtual format, with the exception of the Virtual Board of Advisor. This level of service includes any and all email communications between the client and VBC and its consultants. The fee also includes any research conducted, including services provided such as market research business plan writing, etc. The $1.00 per minute includes "usual and customary" expenses as defined in the Virtual Business Consultant Agreement. There is a $20.00 per month retainer fee that is recurring until terminated by the client of Consultant. The first 20 minutes of consulting services each month are covered under the fee. The $20.00 retainer is charged and kept regardless of Client usage. In addition, clients have access to the Management-Toolkit Intranet/Extranet site (a $12.50 per month value). U.S. $1.00 per minute, on an hourly basis, is well below the hourly consulting rate charged by most traditional business consultants who charge between $143 and $294 per hour.
Virtual Board of Advisor: This unique virtual service is offered at US$537.30 per month. A consultant is assigned to the client and the client has access to the consultant for a total of 4.5 hours per month collectively in order to serve as a Virtual Board of Advisors.
