You are about to be introduced to a unique concept that was developed by management consultant and university instructor, Scott Romeo. Following years of providing consulting services to clients in a variety of areas, Scott Romeo developed the idea of the Virtual Board of Advisors™. Clients can now have advisors offering advice and expertise on a monthly basis and at an affordable rate.

We recognize that some organizations may not have a Board of Directors made up of prominent and successful business leaders from across the United States and multiple disciplines. We also understand that organizations have the need to discuss business and management-related issues with advisors on a continual basis. That is why VBC has established the Virtual Board of Advisors™.

The Virtual Board of Advisors™ program is customized to meet your specific needs. In discussion with you, we will design a specific growth strategy for your organization that can be followed on a monthly basis. For example, if you are interested in selling products globally, we might assign a sales and marketing expert, or an international consultant or a joint venture/strategic alliance expert. Your Virtual Board of Advisor™ members may change periodically throughout the year to match your growth and development needs. That way you are never working with consultants who do no have the skills and expertise required to take the next step.

Each month you will have access to your Virtual Board of Advisors™ for up to 4.5 hours. Unlike the Virtual Consulting program, the virtual Board of Advisors™ program entitles you teleconferencing as well. For example, you might even hold a board meeting each month in which your virtual consultant can call in and be placed on a speakerphone and participate in the discussions. You and your Virtual Board of Advisors™ consultant can schedule projects to work on or regular telephone meetings including what topics to discuss.

This program enables the consultant and the client to collaborate on projects on an ongoing basis designed specifically around growth of the organization.

Many consultants would charge $1,125 or more for this service. However, by providing this service "virtually", we are able to keep the consulting fee to a minimum.

The cost of this program is only $537.30 per month (with a one-year commitment). Clients are billed monthly for the service, instead of yearly. This helps with cash flow.
